Generally speaking, the vibration of the laminating machine mechanism is an important factor that affects the accuracy of the laminating. With the rapid development of the printing and packaging industries at home and abroad, various printing equipment and post-press processing equipment have developed by leaps and bounds. In the post-press processing technology, laminating technology has been widely used. With the continuous improvement of customers' requirements for laminating technology, a high-precision laminating machine is urgently needed.

In the existing laminating equipment, the difficulty of improving precision is the main reason that restricts the development of laminating machines. Laminating technology is widely used in post-press processing technology, and the market urgently needs high-speed and high-precision laminating machines. Based on the principle of analysis and testing technology, vibration tests were carried out on the main mechanical components of the laminating machine. The results show that the vibration at the wall panel is the largest, followed by the front gauge axis, while the side gauge axis moves smoothly and the vibration is the least. Therefore, to improve the precision of the laminating machine, we must first solve its vibration problem.
