The surface of the two rollers is clean and dark, and the surface of each roller must be carefully kept clean. Be sure to clean the machine after each application.
Use glue thinner to wash or wipe each roller with a soft towel. It is strictly forbidden to scrape the surface of the roller with a sharp tool. Every time the machine is turned on, the dust on the surface of each roller must be wiped off. And check whether the surface of each roller of the machine is dark, if the machine is malfunctioning or abnormal sound, you need to analyze and find the cause in time and give the standby device to continue to use the machine after everything is normal.
The grounding of the machine should be good, and the blade line of the scraper should be flat and flexible. When there is a roundabout, tooth gap, curling, etc., it needs to be trimmed and replaced in time. In addition, it is necessary to regularly add to the transmission parts and sliding surfaces of the machine. Lubricating oil keeps the machine in a good state of lubrication. Because the large bearing of the pressing roller encounters high pressure and high temperature, the lubricating oil is easy to volatilize and lose. At this time, it is necessary to add high-temperature lubricating oil, so that the machine can still be working normally. The machine must be inspected every year to find and solve problems in time to avoid serious damage to the machine.
